I hold a Master's degree in Sociology-Political Science and have been tutoring French since 2019. I have also been a volunteer at Secours Catholique in Paris where I taught French to immigrants. I am passionate about language learning, I speak English ( C1 level), Arabic and German ( B1 level) as well as Persian and Urdu ( A2 level). I therefore know and understand very well the issues and challenges faced by students in learning a foreign language as I have been in this situation many times and I have personally experienced the struggles it could sometimes cause. I offer courses for all publics adapted to your needs and objectives, whether it is to speak French during a presentation or a meeting for your work, to communicate with your French son or daughter-in-law, or to prepare for exams. Learning a language is also discovering another culture and I am committed to sharing the richness and subtleties of French culture with my students.

DAEFLE: I have completed the DAEFLE (Diplôme d’Aptitude à l’Enseignement du Français Langue Étrangère – Diploma for Teaching French as a Foreign Language) with first class Honours with the Alliance Française and the French University. DELF Examiner: I am a recognised examiner for the DELF (Diplôme d’Etudes en Langue Française), an official diploma awarded by the French Ministry of Education to certify the French language competency of candidates from outside France. Levels A1, A2, B1 and B2. CELTA: I have completed the Cambridge ESOL CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) which is the most recognised teacher training course in the world. SECONDARY SCHOOL: Secondary school teacher with extensive experience as an oral examiner and in giving grinds. ADULT CLASSES: The majority of my students have been with me for years and have persisted even through the challenges of Covid 19. I create an environment that is supportive and relaxed and even the most reserved and shy students have managed to come around and are now talking with confidence and pleasure. I teach all levels and enjoy all aspects of it from teaching the basic communication for a future trip to debating current issues and exchanging on cultural and general matters.
